Bedford County Busted Mugshots is not a government office. It cannot confirm custody or release, post bond, release anyone, obtain official booking records, or change a public file. For those matters, contact the appropriate public office directly.
Official Bedford County Contacts
Bedford County does not publish a searchable BCCF roster or a county booking-photo feed. Choose the contact based on the record sought. The Sheriff, the correctional facility, the Clerk of Courts, and the County Agency Open Records Officer have different functions and should not be treated as interchangeable record custodians.

Where to look first
Use the channel that matches the question. A result from one system does not prove what another system holds.
- Current BCCF or county booking question: call BCCF or use the county's Right-to-Know route for a specific existing record. No public BCCF roster or booking-photo search was identified during the review.
- County request: begin with the County Agency Open Records Officer and name the likely custodian, date range, person or incident identifier, requested fields, and preferred electronic format.
- Charges, hearings, or outcome: use the Pennsylvania UJS public portal. A docket number or OTN is more reliable than repeated name-only searching. Filed documents may need to come from the Clerk of Courts.
- Recent PSP incident release: use the Pennsylvania State Police Public Information Release Reports. These are preliminary incident reports, not a BCCF booking feed, and PSP says its reports remain online for 30 days.
- State-sentenced custody or parole: use the Pennsylvania DOC Inmate and Parolee Locator. It is separate from county-jail custody and does not provide a dependable public booking-photo field.
- Release notifications: register through Pennsylvania SAVIN. Alerts cover custody events and are not a photograph or booking-record source.
- Federal or immigration custody: check the Federal Bureau of Prisons locator for federal inmates or the ICE Online Detainee Locator for qualifying ICE searches. Neither system is a Bedford County jail roster.
- Historic county material: the County Archives preserves historical records and is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with copies listed at $0.25 per page. No BCCF booking-photo series was confirmed, so ask whether a record was transferred or remains with the current custodian.
